Manual processes can very quickly become a huge part of everyday life and take up all your time. If you have to plan launches, events, campaigns, and theme changes manually on the day it happens, you can hardly have time for anything else.

You can use Launchpad to plan, coordinate, and execute events such as sales, product reductions, and refills of the warehouse. As an event progresses, you can track its activity by following the app's control panel and analyze it in real time.
In the control panel, it starts reporting data when your event starts. It stops reporting data when the event ends, or when the event has been running for more than four weeks. An event can run for mere than four weeks, but its control panel is only available for the first four weeks.
Here are some examples as you plan:
Products:
- Select specific products to be released for your event and update stock as needed.
- Enter a discount on selected collections that will become effective when an event starts.
Theme:
- Build a campaign specific theme to highlight products for a given time.
- Optimize themes before an event takes place so there are no surprises.
- Create more conversions by creating a hassle-free customer experience on your webshop.
Script:
- Develop scripts to automatically offer a gift upon purchase during an event.
- Offer automatic free delivery when a customer spends more than DKK 500.
- Track customers who have refunded items over DKK 500 on an order by adding customer tags.
Guidelines for Launchpad
When planning all your events through Launchpad, there are som restrictions and guidelines that one must follow. I have included some of the most important points here, and if you want to read more, you can see them here.
- You can not hold or schedule overlapping events. If you have scheduled an event that does not have an end date and you want to start another event after the scheduled event, edit the scheduled event and enter and end date that is before the start time of the new event.
- Events must be scheduled so that they start at least five minutes after the previous event is over.
- During an event, you can edit a product, but if you change the price of the product, the price changes back to the price before the event when the event ends. If you often need to change the information about a product, plan shorter events so that you have the opportunity to update the information between your events.
- If you already have an active login page for your store and you activate one in Launchpad when you create your event, your login page will be removed when the event starts. It will not be restored when the event ends.
